Does anyone know when you will be able the 07' model? I am looking to purchase a 350 and am not in dire need of a new car but just want this one and can wait till next year. Also if I order it will I get as good of deal if I wait till early next year?

Thanks,

The ML350 will be released in July/August of this year. Your best deals could be had on a 2006 just before the 2007's show up. Don't know what kind of deal you can expect on an ordered 2007.

My only concern with waiting till summer to get an 2006 is that I am worried that I will not get what I want in the way of options. When does production of the 2006's stop?

He already told you. The '06 will stop when the '07 starts. Keep in mind that the model change will happen at the height of the price season (late summer). Now is the best time to cut a deal, and that deal will hold based on the '07 coming out. the '07 will have few discounts until years end, if you want to wait.

Probably not too many feature changes, but I would see 2 worthwhile differences. First, the '07 will obviously have more bugs worked out than did the '06s. Second, the resale would be substantially better, since you would lose the stigma that the 1st year release '06 has. In reality, a late model '06 and an early model '07 will be the same with respect to bugs, but they will not be seen as the same later on down the road. just things to consider.
