How to Remove Scratches

Hi Guys...I just realized someone or something scratched the back door of my ML . The scratch is not very deep or noticeable but is still a scratch and I want to remove it..anyone knows what's good to remove superficial scratches?
Thanks.

Removing paint scratches

I assume they're just on the survace of the clearcoat? There are may polishing compounds available that should work. I use Malm's Polish & Glaze http://shop.malms.com/Qstore/Qstore....ROD=1070560006. This is mail order only. I also like their carnuba wax. But, there are scores of products out there. 3M's Finesse-It II or Meguiar's Dual Action Cleaner Polish are two you may find at your local auto parts store. Follow the directions on the product for application.

Polish contains abrasive which will remove any wax or other portection you have applied, so you'll need to redo it.
