Worth to pay the difference . ..?

I'm looking to trade in my 03 ml500 next week for a w164 350 from merecedes of nanuet. I m getting a good deal, 22k for my car, and a low mileage demo w164 ML350 for 15K more. For those of you who've owned both, would you say its worth paying the extra 15K for....?

There is no comparison between the W163 and W164. My W164 is by far the best of the lot and I had 2 W163's before this one. Mine has been flawless and is a delight to drive. The only thing I would comment on is that you may be dissapointed in the 350 after owning a 500. Of course you will never get that deal on a 500. My previous W163's were a 98 320 and an 02 500. Do not think I would be happy going back to a 350.

your right, but you see the gas mileage on my ml500 has been very bad so I m hoping for a better gas mileage with the ml350.
