The UHI kit will let you adapt the Bluetooth puck in a few months.
UHI kit gives you the option of putting many phones not tied to Mercedes.
Charges the phone, integrates with Command and Steering wheel. Car is an ML500. Phone is Nokia 6230i

They are not that great explaining anything to you but sell you the parts needed for your phone kit. It was my case, although I have to admit it was probably one of the first they sold to the w164 ML500.
I had my service rep install it and it works very good, the only complaint I have is that touch tones do not work while on a call. I asked about this on many forums and nobody knows how to solve this and say it is how it is.
The buttons on the steering w are fully operational, it has to be activated with stardiagnotics, the whole thing was about 1k.
http://www.mbenznl.com/ is the link to his website but I guess it works faster if you pm him.
Hope this helps.

where can i get info regarding this. (how much did you pay?)
can you use the steering wheel buttons, etc?
thanks.
The parts cost for the ML MHI kit should be slightly less than $1,000. Labor will be about 1.5 hours. After it's installed, pick a cradle $220 or Bluetooth Interface Module $350 and get an approved retail handset and you'll be all set. It's best if your dealer does the work because your car's network will have to be programmed for the kit anyway.
Aside from the steering wheel controls, with all cradles, you'll get phonebook download. With the BT Module, only approved Motorola phones provide phonebook download at this point.
If you're into changing handsets a lot, the BT Module will be the most painless.
