runningboardwarehouse dot com finally has the chrome side bars. and they are much cheaper than the MB running boards. (and IMO look much better).
i just ordered a set today for about $290 and that included shipping.
they are chrome withe the black steps.

According to the website, they don't have any 06 models yet. So I guess I'll have to wait a little bit.
