Airmatic failure - "Visit Workshop"
I'm getting a "Visit Workshop" airmatic warning message, and my suspension is completely low now in the front, as if i had the car lowered, and it rides really harshly, since the airmatic has failed. I assume it's a faulty air pump.. anyone have this issue, and how was it resolved?
Given that my car has only 4500 miles on it, not too pleased...

ML 350-Black=Sold. New 08 C300 4Matic, Black/Black, P1, Ipod, Auto7speed, 10/10 hit 100,000 miles
I had the same message and went in for service. It was a leak in the internal system. They fixed it and works fine now> I have 20,000 miles so far.
Also had tailgate closer repaired.

I also had the tailgate closer repaired....hopefully, with any luck, they'll fix the airmatic, and there will be no more problems...or it's so long MB, hello Lexus.

There is a DTB out for the issue of failing air pumps. It applies only to a specific range of numbers printed on the pump. The dealer will check the number on your pump and replace it if it's in the range.
