Center dash storage drawer

Center dash storage drawer
Well, here it is, the dreaded "first post." I was unable to find much by searching the forum so...
Getting ready to order CDI - I have seen some ML's that have a single storage drawer at the bottom of the center dash. Other models have a second drawer directly below the lowest controls (ride height, heated seats, hazard button etc.) above the "standard" drawer.
Does anyone know why some models have this extra drawer and some dont? My only guess is that the PIII option gives the 2nd drawer? My dealer was clueless and never even noticed this...

does anyone know what the part number is for the middle console with the drawer ?? I am interested in going to the parts department and getting one and putting it in my ml

The Burr Walnut Trim Cover is 164 680 14 39 (1646801439).
If you don't already have one, you'll likely need to change the Center Bezel for one with the additional opening.
