do all MLs have temp/fan speed switch for rear passengers?
do all MLs have temp/fan speed switch for rear passengers, irregardless if its thermatic or thermotronic a/c system?
also, do footwell lamps for front and rear come standard on all MLs?

2) Extra interior lighting was part of the Appearance Package in '06, I believe; not sure where it is now.
