Invoice pricing on 2008 ML320 CDI?
Is there any sites out there that has what is true invoice pricing on a 2008 ML320 CDI? I am working with a local dealer in their internet department (whatever that may be) and they are offering me a deal at invoice plus $1000. Trying to decide if this is a better deal than the 4% off of MSRP that I was offered by another dealer.

He's right--during my contacts with multiple dealers in April, I became convinced that invoice is almost exactly 7% below MSRP; this number came up several times. This also tracked with Edmunds and USAA invoice reports. I was able to order my vehicle for 6.5% below MSRP.
Be certain you understand exactly what the fees will be--they vary widely, dealer to dealer And we don't know what the holdback is, but I doubt it's zero.
