ML550 w/P3
Anyone have a ML550 with P3? Wondering how the ride is compared to standard suspension? Planning on ordering one with P3, in order to get better handling/ride.

If you are referring to Airmatic the ride is in my estimation far superior to the std suspension as is handling. Airmatic also gives you options as to how the vehicle rides; sport, comfort and automatic. You are also able to raise the ride height if it becomes necessary. I am certainly glad that I opted to go with this on my ML500.

Thanks Sosh, I was also interested in knowing (if your ML has it) how the Active Damping System II or ADS II effects the handling of the ML? I believe the ML63 comes with a variant of the ADS II w/air suspension. Thanks

I am not certain but I do not believe that my 06 ML500 has those along with the Airmatic. If you are looking for a smooth ride the ML63 is not the way to go. I drove one and its not my cup of tea as so far as the ride is concerned. If I want to be jarred around I take my 65 Vette.

Sosh, as much as would like the ML63's power that is not our goal hear. I am just trying to take it as far as I can with the ML550. Thanks for your responses.

I was quoted a LMF of 0.0235 today. It should go down some, your dealer has control of the lease factor. They build profit into the sale with this factor. If you want a real low rate contact a fleet company and they can save you money. However you may not get the options exactly the way you want your vehicle. You may have to pick your vehicle up far from your home or pay for shipment to your residence. So factor these variables into your deal.
