my A/C blower is weak!

my A/C blower is weak!
i noticed that my ML's A/C blower is very weak. I put it in maxcool,with the fan speed at maximum, and i dont get much air out of the dashboard vents, but i can hear the blower running at full power. This condition is worsened when the rear A/C is turned on, the front vents will almost have no air out of them!
the bad thing is, i dont remember if this was the way it was when i got the car new in december.
also, if i manually direct the airflow to the center and side vents,and blower at full power, i still dont get much air. There is also a very big gap is blower speeds from the full power to the second full power mode. Is this normal or is my car having a/c problems?
my previous C class' blower was also weak...

Sounds strange, it should be able to be to blow air out of the vents like a hairdryer. Have your interior air filter checked otherwise there is definately something wrong with your blower motor/air system.
