the instructions with the package are crap. They don't explain anything and they are in German. Painting is not required but IMO, it looks better matched to body color. The part number is B6-603-6229 and it retails for $963.00

Sunil, thanks for the information. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the most difficult, how would you score this installation? Are you selling these parts or did you buy them from MB? I agree they should be painted the body color like the ML63.

Hi all
I am new here, i found this site & post from a google search about AMG fender flares.
Anyway when i click on the lin from Sunil i am told the web page no longer exists, can anybody who has these instructions & pictures please re post them so i can print and save ?.
I just bout an approved used ML500 with AMG front & rear bumpers and am seriously thinking about the arches too so the help would be most welcome.
Also does anybody know if the AMG look rear apron can be used with the 4 pipe exhaust ?.It seems the cut outs will be too small but id prefer not to pay for new apron if a small mod can sort this out ?.
My ML500 Sport is right up there with the best cars i have ever owned an the AMG finishing touches will only add to my pleasure.
I dont want to replicate an ML63 AMG with badges etc but the styling kit is beautiful. One day i will get an ML63 but for now i am happy with this one.
Any help most welcome.
Thanks
Carl

An ML with stock wheels, can look crap with the flares
Just to say guys that an ML with stock wheels, can look crap with the flares - Certainly my ML550 with 19 inch wheels, 255/50 tires now has little wheels running 30mm more inside the car on both sides.
So IMO you need to be happy adding 25 to 30 mm spacers my short term solution) or have bought wheels with the same offsets as the AMG ones for this mod to actually make your car look better.
