In California, CDI's are very much sought after. Only thing is it has be used and over 7500 miles to bring it in. It is very common for dealer to ask around MSRP or in some cases, over MSRP for an used one. So long as it is less than a year old with minimal miles over 7500.

So if I were you, put another 7400 miles on it then put it up on ebay or autotrader or cars.com. I wouldn't be surprised if you get very close to MSRP for it.

Not such a bad idea ...I'll go buy one for a couple k under MSRP...use it for a year and/or 7400miles and sell it for MSRP and just lose 7% in tax...not bad for a whole year
