Money Factor for January ML350 Lease Special?

Mercedes came out with a ML350 lease special which have a $2000 lease cash. Does anyone knows the money factor for this lease. I came up with 2.09%??? The following #s are from the MB website except for the interest rate. The website never mentioned about the $2000 lease cash.

MSRP: $49,995
Cap Cost: $46,745.62
Residual: $30,496.95 (61%)
Depreciation: $16,248.70
Interest: $2,217.63
Monthly Payment: $559.59 (Cap Cost + Residual x .00087) divide by 33 mon.

A money factor of .00087 = 2.09%.

Thanks

Sorry, just to clarify:

Interest = (Cap Cost + Residual x .00087) x 33 months.
Monthly Payment = (Depreciation + Interest) divide by 33 months.

Thanks.
