cluster removal?

how do you remove the cluster on w164? what type of tool is needed in the bottom holes to remove? thanks

You can use a long thin pick tool in the hole. there are a set of tabs, one on each side and you pry each one down i believe to release each side. the top of the cluster is held in by a snap tab: you just pull forward once the sides are released.

thanks, like i really want to get a dvd to just pull out the cluster. i see the holes and was wondering what tool to use.

There's a whole lot more very useful info on the DVD than just cluster removal.
