Transmisson Park Tone
Tried searching the thread for this answer but couldn't come up with anything, if anyone knows of a thread please post a link here.
My question is on my 2006 ML 350 when I put it into park it makes a tone to tell you its in park. On the new models that tone is gone, has anyone found a way to get it back? Maybe in the service menu's, seems like a dumb option to take away, specially when its a safety issue.

I had the 06 R350 before and I used to love the ding sound.
I now drive a ML320 CDI and the ding is gone
I would love to get that back

Had the tone on my 07 ML350, but it is gone on my 08 ML550. I'm kind of glad because, to me, the tone kind of sounded like a video game. Quiet seems more dignified.
