Steinless steel skid

Hi to all !!
I have a little dent on my rear bumper stainless steel skid plate. I tried to remove it, but could not remove screws on the bottom. Does any body knows how to remove stainless skid plate?

Mine is dented too. I was so excited when they included the rear skid plate on the 08 ml350 P2 but now I have 2 small dents in mine from drivers who can't park and I see why they originally went with plastic

Took it to a body shop...no easy repair so I am stuck ignoring it.

Which means "it looks like a skid plate but is instead decoration!"

07 ML 320 CDI

Rust?

I have a 2007 320 CDI with the skidplate. Has anyone noticed an emerging blotches or rust spotrs. I know stainless is not supposed to rust, but mine is clearly developing somke kind of blotches that look like the beginning of rust. They will not wash off.
