Hey everyone!
i donno about you all, but theres this slightly weird and low creaking sound when i make a left turn! almost like a rubbing sound on the right side of the bumper, maybe even the front right shock??
anyone experience this?

I had this exact problem on my 2006...........After several visits to the dealer and numerous parts replaced; steering shaft bearing, ball joints, lower control arms, etc. the cause turned out to be a "headlight washer nozzle bracket rubbing against back of nozzle tube assembly causing creaking/popping sound. Removed tabs on both nozzles----noise gone".

I'm sure you could do it, but if you break some fasteners or scratch the bumper or trim parts, it'll cost you.
I had a crackerjack Assistant Service Manager, Steve, at Reno MB who took an interest in this problem and saw it through to its conclusion. The service folks in conjunction with the "Chassis Ear", took one part off at a time, test drove the vechicle, replaced that part, took off another, test drove etc.
The popping/cracking problem was difficult to solve because the noise only occurred during a very slow left turn on fairly smooth surfaces.......

Similar thing. Have a quick look at this thread.

I confirm now that after a few weeks the noise continues to stay away. Like the other poster they had to remove multiple front end assemblies to find and fix the problem. It took three years for escalations within MB Australia to get it solved. An entirely unsatisfactory performance on their part.
Finally it was fixed by a subcontracted smash repair specialist rather than their internal mechanics.
Good luck solving your problem and don't give up. I had to fight every step of the way. I've lost count of the number of times i was told it's "series standard" when it plainly wasn't.
