I'm trying to find a bike rack that will connect to the rear hitch and wanted to see if anyone has had any experience with these? Called the local MB Dealer and they are trying to sell me their showroom model for $360 (he said thats a steal...) I usually always go with factory parts simply because I think they are made for the car so they should be the best, but any other suggestions for a bike rack?

I have a Yakima that holds 4 bikes, and I got it for $150 from Dick's Sporting goods. You can do many great racks for less than $360.
