PLEASE HELP - I need advice...should I buy this car?
So, I have a dilemma...I am in the market to trade in y 05 SLK55 for a 07 ML63. As you prolly know...there aren't many available at the time. The closest one I found is Capri Blue. I really wanted a white or silver so I dont have to worry about swirls and all that.
The problem is that I can't really find any in the area and getting one out of state seems like it would be like a hassle, espeically given that I have to trade in a car. The one I found is certified pre-owned and was a one owner car (older guy per the dealer). It only has 18K miles and has the interior color I want. It is also priced right. Dealer is listing it at around 56K. The lowest I have seen nationwide.
The pluses:
Interior color
No front license plate holes
Good price
Certified
One-owner with clean carfax
The minuses:
Exterior color = swirls
Also...what options were available on the 07 ML63? The one I am looking at has wood steering wheel/lighting package. The dealer didn't mention anything else as far has options on it. I don't want to buy it unless it's in good condition and it has the options I want.
Lastly, will capri blue show a lot of swirls? What's your experience with this color if you have this color car?
