I just purchased a new ML320 bluetech yesterday. Had an MSRP of $56,425 (P1, hitch, heated seats, and RSE) and I was able to get it for $49,900. The negotiated price was $50K, but when I test drove the car it had 200 miles on it, so I got a $100 to make up for that.

That's great help. I'm looking for ML350 with P2 and MSRP is around your number as well. I don't have RSE or the heated seat. Now I have a better idea of how much I should pay for. Thanks again.
