I'd like to add OEM Nav to my COMMAND. Currently I just have single CD. You can buy the DVD drive/Nav Unit for about $400-600 on eBay. I am told that it is pretty much just matter of attaching the DVD drive on top of the existing COMMAND unit. I am also told that I may need an antenna splitter of some sort but my car seems to have already GPS antenna plug (blue) in the back that is not attached to anything right now. Does anyone have any installation directions so when the drive gets here I know what to do exactly.

Thanks. I found some pix and info on the ML forums. I just don't have anything under the second row driver seat. Is the antenna splitter located under the third row of seats on R class? Where is it? Also since I am using the my own COMMAND unit am I going to need coding from the dealer? also how does the DVD drive connect with the COMMAND unit is it pretty straight forward?

You can buy a complete comand for about that price, and it is plug and play, the antena you have is the one you need.
