Some advice
This past Thursday, I purchased the Blue Tooth component for my ML350. The following day, I receive an e-mail through the dealership stating $50.00 off a purchase of $100.00 or more for the whole month of March.
I am kind of upset, due to the fact that I recently purchased a brand new car from them and the salesperson who sold me the blue tooth adaptor didn't fill me in on this deal. Although I should have asked if there was a dealing going on, I still feel they were obligated to let me know.
How would you handle this situation?

Might be one that slipped through the cracks. I know if it was my dealer i would only have to phone them up and they would honor it no problem. Have you talked to them ?

I am going to call them in the morning. The parts manager wasn't in on Saturday. I would return it and buy it some place else, but they have a restocking fee of 20%.
I paid $470 + tax for the part, so I am hoping they refund $50.
