Liquid in the cup holders?

Liquid in the cup holders?
My GF tells me that there's brown liquid in her cup holders.
Geez, I think, she probably spilt coffee there.
She's getting a huge pile of paper towels...I'm like huh?
So I check it out. Just as she said, there's a giant puddle in there.
I pop the cup holders out only to find an even larger puddle underneath.
Then I see streaks in the carpet where it's been leaking under the dash.
Looks like perhaps the AC condenser isn't draining correctly and all the moisture is building up there.
I check the coolant level, it looks OK.
Anyone else seen this? Any chance it's an easy fix?
