09 ML350 rear red reflector replacement

09 ML350 rear red reflector replacement
Does anyone know if the rear bumper red reflector just pops out for replacement or do I have to remove the whole bumper and get to it from the inside of the bumper.
Some A-hole hit my wife's car in a parking lot and didn't leave there information. They cracked the reflector and scratched the bumper. I don't think the damage is more than my $1000 insurance deductible and was wondering if anyone had experience in changing out the reflector. Any help is very much appreciated.
