New owner help - Gear selector
Hi... just picked up my new 2009 ML320CDi today and I remembered in previous models that I had on loan that when you press the P, it sounds a tone. It doesn't seem to do that in the 2009 model.

Is that an option you can switch on?

Also does anyone know if the address book in the COMAND system can be sorted by first name rather than last name?

l have this feature on my 2006..l'm sure they removed it for cost savings....

No, you can't sort address book by first name (or middle name, either).

Just confirmed with dealer.... tone has been removed. Bummer.
