MTEC vs Philips for Xenon upgrade

I know quite a few in this forum have upgraded their halogens to MTEC.The philips sounds like better deal and may be better quality.

Anyone used philips kit to upgrade their lights, please share your experience

I use Philips and they are amazing. I have used it for a year already and they still work ok.

^ I know that the Mtec's don't set off an error code in the ML's, how about the phillips kit. Another question, why the huge price difference?

Philips don't set off an error code they fit ok. There is a huge price difference, because Mtec is made in 'Japan' and Philips is made in China. However, I am quite satisfied by Philips. No probs at all. Just make sure you switch off the lights before starting the engine!!!
