SIRIUS Satellite Radio Problem - 2007 W164

Drove to the airport last night listening to SIRIUS radio A-OK. Came out to drive home and got a "Acquiring Signal" the whole way home. Spoke to SIRIUS, and they claimed no satellite problems, Suggested that the antenna may be at fault.

Anyone else have this problem and have a simple fix? I sure don't want to have to tear out the head liner to access the antenna module. Suggestions? TIA!

Mine started doing that and I got Sirius to re ping my account.

That worked fine for a half hour until I got a cell phone call through the blue tooth, then it went back to acquiring satellite. Seems that I can turn the car off and come back later and it'll be working again. I'm going to experiment with having my cell phone blue tooth communication turned off and see if that has anything to do with it.

Did you get your problem corrected? If so, how?

By the way, my vehicle is a 2008 C300 with P2 package.

Mine corrected itself when I restarted the car the next morning; and hasn't happened again. I don't have BlueTooth, so it wasn't related to that.

On another forum, I got a bit of a response. See here:
