Any feedback at all? Would this work on a 2007 ML350 without a reprogram?

2007 ml350
Wired my 2007 ML350 today using these directions and everything works perfectly. 1 hour invested.
Grand Total;
Modulite = $44.95
Installation Kit = $8.00
