Hello all!

I have a few questions ......

I am looking at a 2009 Blutec. It is not titled, but has some miles on it, 5000 I believe. The sticker is $56,425. Where should I begin negociations? I know that October had Marketing cash, and have seen people on here getting 12k-14k off sticker. I am not sure if the Marketing cash still exists, all I can find is financing rates for 2009's.

Second, does the ML come standard with HID lights? I see that adaptive lighting is one of the options, but could not find info on the standard lighting.

Third, does anyone know if the Sales Tax deduction that was available earlier in the year is still in effect, not sure if time ran out for that.

Thank you everyone in advance for your words of wisdom!

Checkers - I cannot comment on the pricing but will answer your question the on the HID lights.... The ML comes standard with Halogen Headlamps. The lighting package will add HID Lights which swivel into the corners. It also includes LED rear tail lamps and a headlamp washer (which only activates after 5 consecutive presses of the windshield sprayer when your lights are on, go figure). Lastly it activates your fog lamps individually when you turn the steering wheel at low speeds.. Some people do not like this function because it appears that one fog light is out.

Sales tax deduction I believe but am not certain is still in effect. However it is an option that you can only take if you do not have certain other deductions. Better check with your accountant.

Section 179 is still good for non titled MLs, if you are eligible.
