We need a little more information. Are you talking about when you lock the car? Or are you saying when you turn the ignition off, the lights flash?

you can turn them off..the 3 flashing lights indicate the vehicle is locked...l think its far nicer than the annoying horn sound....(does everyone need to know that you are locking your car !!!!)
