Seems our new ML is having lots of problems with the new built-in bluetooth phone. There such a horrible delay on calls that the person on the other side can say and then hear back a whole sentence. It also keeps breaking up all the time (NOT signal strength issue).

This is not specific to any one spot or phone. We've tried calling all over the area with two different blackberry phone and they both don't work.

Any ideas?

I bought a 2010 ML350 for my wife last month, and it does not have these symptoms. Like you, we also have 2 phones connected to it and they both work fine.
Sorry I can't give you a solution, but I can tell you they don't all do it.

at all with my 10 model...l have the LG Shine...Works wonderfully...

 

Two iphones paired with the 2010 ML350 and they both work flawlessly. Crystal clear sound. Definitely take it in to the dealer to have it checked out.
