Wheel confusion, please help!

Wheel confusion, please help!
So I was told by my dealer that the 21" 63 wheel wont work on a sport as the wheels will stick out due to widths and offsets, fair enough. I then have a quotation from Brabus for the following
Not surprising the total for the wheels was £8000 plus the VAT, so not a kick in the **** off $15000!!
Here's the confusing part, the Brabus wheel is 10.5j x 21 offset 50 and they say no mods needed for a non AMG ML but surely these would sit out as much as the 63 21" which are 10j x 21 offset 46??? I have asked my dealer to clarify but if they still mess about I will go for HRE. Is my theory correct???

It depends which 21's, the style offered to non amg models are 9j and have higher offsets but the 10j wheels have a offset of 46. I cleared it up today anyway as I seen the 10jx21 on a sport and the fronts are sitting out a little so I have ruled them out. Have to say the guys in HRE have been excellent and it looks like I will be ordering a set of P50's , 10x22 et55 on the front with a 1" lip and 10jx22 et 45 on the rear with a 2" lip. These should sit nicely. As for the suspension I ordered the brabus spring kit which they claim maintains comfort so at least if I have any issues the dealer will keep me right I hope.
