Originally my car only idled at 700 rpm all the time. After a service it now will idle at 900 RPM if it has been parked outside overnight. It drops to 700 when the car has warmed up to operating temperature, which only occurs after several miles of driving. Is it normal for the 320 CDI to idle at 900 with a cold engine?
