ML320 CDI: What do I need to install to use iphone ?
Just bought a 2007 ML320 CDI. It does not have the Communication System nor an ipod adapter installed.
If I want to use my iphone using the Communication System, what parts do I need to install to make it work ?

Not overly familiar with the 07ML, but it sounds like you need a bluetooth puck installed. You can get them from your dealer for around $400. The iPod adapter only allows music not phone, so that doesn't matter if you do not have that part. I assume the vehicle has a COMAND system?

Once you get the puck then you need a bluetooth module and the iphone will sync with it. Very nice I might add. All your contacts transfer over in seconds. I got my BT module on ebay for $150 or you can pay the dealer $500.
As mentioned the above this is only for calls not music.

I spent analyzing this and you can always patch (fix) one thing - BT, navigation but until you buy new head unit, you are not going solve a problem ...
