Multiple problems including Mirrors vibrating
I have a 2008 ML350, when I sit idle my passenger side mirror vibrates pretty bad (the glass part) and my driver side just enough to notice. I have taken it to the dealership 5 times, every time they fix it it works for about 1-2 days and then goes back to vibrating. Does anyone know how to escalate it even further to MB?
Second problem, when I turn off the car bluetooth does not turn off, so when I took it to the dealership they told me that I should turn off the phone by holding TEL until it shuts down.... sounds really fishy to my, since I have had bluetooth capable cars and shutting off the engine should have cut off bluetooth
Third issue: I was told by the dealership that all ML350 don't have the chirp, when you arm/disarm the vehicle... sounds suspect... what is your experience?

No chirp
The dealer is correct about the annoying chirp. Watch for the indicator flash and possibly folding mirrors if you have that.
Cant comment on the bluetooth because from 2009 onwards its built in to the Command unit, whilst yours is a separate device I think.
There is supposed to be a MB "zone" or "regional" manager you can escalate your vibrating mirror problem to. Your local dealer should have the contact details. Admittedly I never got past the threat-of-doing-it stage when I had repeat issues with my old W163 ML.
