Disabling the 40 second door locks on 2010 Bluetec

Very annoying...looked through the owners manual with no luck.

What is the secret?

??? You mean the 9 MPH door auto lock feature? If it could be done, would probably be done through the steering wheel buttons, or dealer re program.

No, I think the OP means the automatic re-lock (after 40 seconds, or so) if you don't physically open any doors after remote unlocking. I like it, or at least haven't found a reason to dislike it yet.

It is annoying if you are packing the car for a trip.
