MB’s current promotion is ending on 3rd Aug for 2010 models. Dealer in my area has 2009 and 2010 ML 350 (both purchases date 07/2009)
2009 (3K miles) asking price is 42 K and 2010 (7k miles) asking price is 46 K (options more or less same)
Should I start negotiating on these now or wait for new promotion?
Also what should be fair price of these considering 2012 face-lift ....

I would wait until after the 3rd. The deals will only get better. MB offered an $8K incentive last August on 09 MLs. Will be interesting to see if they do the same thing on the 10s this August.

my advice
I would wait.....MB had an $8K incintive last October when I bought my ML.....
Combine that $8K, plus $3K USAA or fleet cash, plus buying at invoice let me get a ML320 Bluetec that had a MSRP of $60K for $44K....
