2008 ML 320 CDI
I have purchased 2008 ML320 CDI with 70,000 km (still under warranty). After check, I got the following problems and I am wondering if somebody can help me to understand problem (read: how much $$$?) and is it covered under warranty
Here is list:
1. I feel transmission is not right - when I go from stop and try to accelerate, I don't feel shifting is right (sometimes I get to 4,000 RPM before it does shift). I am going try update software first.
2. steer rack leaking oil - is it covered under warranty ?
3. CV boot - I see rubber is cracked - not bad but sooner or later should be replaced
4. tranny cooler line hose is wet, oily - I think it shouldn't be problem to replace it but for me it's the biggest problem
5. I have message 'break wear' - I replaced 2 sensors on passenger side and I still getting that message; pads are OK ..what it could be a problem ..?
I am planning keep this car for while and I'd like fix many problems as possible under warranty.
Please let me know ...

The sensors are new but I am getting signal ONLY when I turn left or right - it is contact somewhere but I cannot fix it (I took out both sensors on right side and replaced with new one). I made appointment for Sep 7 and I am going share it with you my findings ...

Just update: everything fixed under warranty ...I paid only for transmission service (it should be done as part of regular maintenance)
