2001 ml 320 transmission fault codes.

2001 ml 320 transmission fault codes.
Need your folks help. hard acceleration and sharp turns cause transmission to disengage. Engine spins. Have to stop car and restart to engage transmission. Sometimes just going to neutral does it.
