Telephone system of 2007 E class vs 2011 ML

I am owning 2007 e350 and just bought 2011 ml550. After 3 wks,
I see e class phone system is easer to use than ml.
Compare:
E class 2007
When phone is connected via bluetooth automatic download contacts, dialed, received, missed calls and display messages alert if you got one.
The system will clear everything if phone disconnected with Bluetooth system
ML 2011
You have to manually to download contacts, not dialed and recieved list. If you have 2 phones, it's will merge to one contact list, also on dial and receive, no messages elert.
Older phone system is easy to use, clear, more features, no confusion, the most important is secure.
New version not good at all
I will update more later

My 2010 ML550 and my 2010 E350 4M have phone systems that are almost identical. This is for operation and loading, etc. My earlier cars that I previously owned all had the hard wired systems that actually worked very well. In some ways I liked the hard wired better than the bluetooth,

E class have to use Bluetooth adapter, new ML built-in Bluetooth.
I think all about software not hardware.

The E's now have the built in system. It was only the earlier W211 cars that used the adapter system. Believe that the ML's have had the built in system since 09 before that the hard wired system or the adapter.
