Help: Is this a good deal on the ML350?

Greetings... This is my first time dealing with Mercedes Benz so I'd like to know what you think about this deal...I am looking for an ML350 for the wife.

ML350 with Package 1 (Navi, Rearview camera...) and additional options Wood/Leather Streering Wheel, Aluminum Running Boards, Trailer Hitch, Rear Entertainment Pre-Wiring.

Total MSRP is $53,345.

Total Out of Pocket: $3,500
Monthly: $599 (Tax Included)
Lease: 48 Months (39 months adds another $29 to the lease)
15,000 Miles allowed per month.

My credit is decent but not A+++
---------------------------------

I received estimates for the comparables (X5, Q7, Lexus's GX) and they are all at around $3500 down and $720 + in lease.

Does this sound like a decent deal? I am not interested in the residual...I like changing cars every 4 years or so.

Can't comment on the deal. You should however be very interested on what residual value they use because this is how they calculate your payment.
