i have the amg fender flares on my ML350, i also installed a set of 10x21 Lorinser RS8 rims with 295/35r21 tires (same size as 21 amgs), they fit flush with the flares.
the flares will fit the stock non-amg bumpers, they come with fitting instructions and templates. you will have to drill 2 holes at the sides of the bumpers for the flares, for the fenders, the flares just stick on with clips and double sided tape.
