Picking up an 07 ML350 next monday, few questions
Hi guys, i have been on this forum since the C63 just came out, but never got a chance to get one. anyways I am from vancouver bc canada, 3 weeks ago my mother totaled her TL types and so here we are. Thank god nothing happened to both drivers just cars. This time i wanted to buy her safe SUV and she always wanted an MB .
the car is 2007 Black fully loaded with 34k Kms or 21k miles. I got it for $36k CAD untaxed. OK deal?
The car will be my mom's daily driver and will be my weekend fishing tool.
I am just wondering how's ML off road possibility. I will be traveling all around BC Canada to discovery rivers, lakes etc. Is ML capable to do this?
Currently im driving an BMW 335i heavily modded, if the ML can not do the job I will have to buy another SUV(i love the new RR evoque) for myself.
thanks in advance.

G class would be nice
I was a little surprised this past winter after actually not being able to move in 2 ft of snow with my ML. Snow was very deep but I didn't think I would get stuck. I mean the 4 matic is great in the snow to a degree, I guess it depends on how deep into it or how far off road you're planning to go.
The ML is designed for the road and can handle just about anything you;ll encounter but it's not an off road vehicle. I guess that's what the G class is for but now you're talking $$$.
I've owned many 4x4 over the years ... Toyota, Honda, MB, Jeep and although I would never buy another American car the Jeep is by far the Best vehicle in the snow or off road I'v ever owned.
