car stalled again!
my ml350 suddenly lost power when going downhill so i steered to the curb and the engine idled roughly with the check engine light blinking. turned the engine off and restarted it, revved it at 4000rpm and everything was ok again. as i shifted to drive, there was some hesitation but everything went ok again.
drove for 3miles and theres still some hesitation when decelerating, as if the tranny is on semi limp mode. seems the tranny cant shift down fast enough and there is not enough power when accelerating. but once the car got to speed, it becomes smooth again. but when i slow down again in traffic, the car hesistates when accelerating. after a few more miles.....i parked the car and let it rest, and it wont restart, the engine turns but doesnt fire up. i had it towed and when i was home, the battery is dead!!!!
could it just be a battery? or could it involve the fuel pump, tranny?
