Door pins? Meaning the hinges? Dont think you can change part of the hing out, just the whole thing. Undo the harness, pop the plastic bolt covers off the door hing bolts and take those bolts out(one on each hing), this will get the door off and if the hinges need replacing for some reason you can just take them off the door/body. Not sure the torque spec on the bolts that hold the hinges on the door/body but the bolts that had the plastic caps on them torque to 30nm

Screw off/screw on.
Do it in "open position" and avoid pushing down hard enough to get to closed postion.
On some Mercedes, these pins are simply pushed on despite the fact the rod is threaded. So, pull up while unscrewing if all else fails.
