check engine

I am getting 'check engine' problem. I am getting this message while I am driving and it stays up to 2-3 road trips (or a few days).

I am wondering if the problem could be related to contaminated diesel or some water in tank (I am trying run almost until the tank is empty but ..).

I have changed ALL filters (air, fuel,...) 15,000 miles ago and I don't think they are bad ...

Do you have any idea about next step ... ?

I did scan today and I got those codes

2038-002
2668-002

(check component G3/2 - O2 sensor upstream to KAT/TWC).

it could be related to my Kleeman KD Box due to it's related to oxygen sensor

If I have problem with water in tank - can I add something to 'burn' water. On my gas engine, I used some 'gunk' but not sure if it's working for diesel.

I assume glow plug relay is giving different code, isn't it ?
