2008 ml320 cdi vs 2009 ml320 bluetec

need help deciding between these two
2009 ml320 bluetec $40,000 40k miles premium package 1 CPO and Warrantied till may 2014 and or 100k miles

or 2008 ml320 CDI $37,000 34k miles premium package 2 NOT CPO but has about a year of warranty i think

I am leaning towards the 2009 because the price difference is only 3k and I get a newer car with a warranty plus its the color I want which is white (2008 is black) Help!!!!!!

Problem with the 2009 is no spare tire and runflat tires on the ground.

We've got an '09 and swapped out the run flats within the first few months. Added in an emergency pump/fix-a-flat and we've been all good.

We have 51,000 on our '09 ML320 and love it. Good mileage, lots of torque, my wife likes it as her vehicle, etc.
We replaced the run flats and just carry a pump and spares in a can.

I bought my 2008 from a Mercedes mechanic, he said to stay away from the bluetec and there is more engines around used for 2008 vehicles.
