ML320CDI 2006 Service reset fail, stuck on "Service calculating"
Hello, everybody.
I hava a 2006 ML320 CDI and I am having this problem:
I do the reset procedure for the service using the 3 times pressing of reset button. I see battery voltage and some other stuff by going up and down with the navigation keys, but when I go and I should see the "service menu" I get the "Service calculating" message which does not disappear. It stuck on this message forever and I am not sure if I am wrong or if the car has some problem. I cannot move anywhere with this message.
Anybody with some idea?
Thanks

I dont't know what you mean by forever, but I know i was in there playing around for a bit, and got the same screen, but after leaving it for a while, it went away, and came back to the right screen, I guess it took some time to recalculate it's self for the next service interval.
now what I mean for a little while, lasted upto 2 minutes at times, and as little as 30 seconds, like I said I was playing around, and I was able to reset the maintenance, and then I wwent back told it to start the one over again, it took at this point the longest to recalculate itself.
mind you this is on a 2007 ML
and yest I pupt it back to what it was, until I do the actual Service D
I will then do the reset and wait for the next one
