Buy a 2009 ML now or wait?
Hello all,
I'm thinking of purchasing a used 2009 ML 350 but the new Ml will be out in March 2012 therefore should I buy the car now or wait till Jan. 2012 to get a better deal ?

They maybe out in the U.S. but here in Saudi it won't be out until March 2012
Should I buy it now or wait? Maybe I'd get a better deal if I wait more.

since you didn't have anything in your location section I assumed you were in the US. A few folks here have mentioned that the market for used 164s has seen a noticeable price decline since the '12s came out. Unless you're in dire need of a new vehicle, it couldn't hurt to wait until after March.

Conventional wisdom would be to wait and let someone else take the depreciation. Unless you are already seeing the price drop like in the US. People in your area of the world may already be importing the 2012 ML. Do your research and let us know what you decide.

I think if I wait until early 2012 I might save about $5000+ than if I buy it now.
I'm targeting the 2009 ML 350 with AMG kit. I don't want anything less.
They are now selling for about $40,000 hopefully I get a decent drop waiting a bit longer.
